WE ARE MOVING!!!
Yes, the rumors are true- we are moving to a new location. But have no fear, the same fabulous services will be awaiting your visit to our new location. In fact, there are some new exciting services on the horizon. While we are super excited about our move, we are sad to leave the South Loop. South Loop has been our home for the past 3 years. There is so much that we are going to miss about the SLoop- the close proximity to Millenium Park, the lakefront, tasty restaurants and fantastic businesses. After all, this was the place of our first South Loop Wellness Crawl, outdoor Yoga in the South Loop, our infamous Sista Circles and a host of many firsts.
By far, what we will miss the most about the South Loop are the wonderful members of this community. We are most appreciative for your business and support over the past 3 years and hope that you can continue to trust us for your future wellness needs at our new location inside the CSO Multiplex, 1301 E 47th street in Hyde Park Building 2.

Menopause Solutions
Often times we want to narrow down menopause to a collection of symptoms including hot flashes, mood swings and vaginal dryness, and in doing so, we neglect to identify the true integrated impact on the entire human experience.
Hot flashes and night sweats can lead to poor sleep hygiene which leads to mood swings, depression, poor mental clarity, concentration and memory. Hot flashes and night sweats are linked to 70% increase in cardiovascular disease ( heart attacks and strokes). Menopause is not a collection of symptoms, it is a phase of change that causes a systemic impact and transformation- it, therefore, requires a systemic approach.I want to embolden you to take the first step towards regaining control of your life.
Book a consult to learn a systemic approach towards menopause.
Menopause and Fitness
We are all aware that exercise can help stave off weight gain, bolster your cardiovascular health and aid in stress management. But did you know that exercise releases “feel-good endorphins” that can boost mood and help with sleep hygiene? Not to mention that exercise can provide relief from hot flashes and fortify your bone density!Look forward to new fitness options at our new clinic home, in the meantime, check out our collection of virtual fitness offerings through our Artist in Residence, Gigi Tonye.
