Are Quench Wellness services covered by my insurance?
Unfortunately, Quench Wellness does not accept any forms of insurance as payments for our services. We happily accept cash and credit/debit cards. We also accept Care Credit. Appointments for our Care Credit clients can not be booked online, please call our office at 773-974-9481 to book your appointment.
Where are you located?
We are located in Chicago’s South Loop at 1319 S. Michigan Avenue. Our center is conveniently accessible via nearby Lake Shore Drive, the Dan Ryan and Stevenson Expressways.
Do I need an appointment?
While we accept walk-in appointments, appointments are preferred.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 50% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of service time.
Where can I park?
There is ample metered parking on Michigan Avenue south of Quench Wellness as well as one block west along Wabash. In addition, there is a parking garage two blocks north at 1212 S. Michigan Avenue.

What do the infusions do, exactly?
IV infusions allow essential vitamins and nutrients to bypass the harsh environment of the stomach and inconsistencies of gut absorption; guaranteeing direct bloodstream delivery to the organs and tissues that need them the most.
Do they really work? Is this just another fad?
IV infusion therapy is not a fad. Research has proven the benefits of direct supplement repletion which include enhanced immunity, recovery, and nutrient utilization. Are Quench Wellness infusions safe?
Our infusions are administered under the highest standards of care via sterile technique. While we cannot predict every adverse reaction such as side effects and allergies to the components of the infusions, IV infusions are known to be generally safe. Rarely, clients may form a swelling of the vein or surrounding tissue and/or bruising or redness in the days following the infusion. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know what to look out for.
Are the infusions painful?
The placement of the IV line can be mildly uncomfortable, however with the use of topical anaesthetics and trained technicians, the discomfort is minimal. However, the infusions are generally painless. At most, a refreshing feeling of coolness may accompany the infusion.
How long does it take to get an infusion?
Infusions generally take 30-45 minutes to infuse. Give us 15 additional minutes for sign-in, IV placement and discharge instructions. We aim to get you in an out in about an hour.
How often can I get infusions?
While each client has unique needs and health goals, we generally recommend 1-2 IV infusions per month.
Will I become dependent?
All infusions consist of vitamins and nutrients that exist naturally in your body. The infusions serve to enhance and boost any deficiencies that may have developed through life’s day to day stressors. The aim is to enhance your body’s natural resources to function at optimal capacity.
Some clients may need a just few infusions to attain this goal, while others may need incremental regularly scheduled supplements as maintenance.

Can I get them at the same time? Can I get more than one?
Yes, you can get multiple IM booster shots at the same time. The injections sites will differ.
Are booster shots painful?
IM shots may cause brief discomfort at time of injection but generally are tolerable. Some clients may experience soreness at the injection site in the days following but this usually resolves quickly.
How long does it take to get the Booster shot?
Getting an IM booster shot takes a few seconds.

What are the benefits of oxygen therapy?
Our oxygen therapy works by increasing the amount of oxygen inhaled via nasal cannula. Certain conditions are most amenable to oxygen therapy such as headaches. Oxygen’s physiologic effects on blood vessels within the brain play a significant role in headache relief. Additionally, oxygen can relieve anxiety, increase alertness, and help to increase energy. The physiologic effects are usually short-lived, but the feeling itself can last much longer.
BIO-IDENTICAL HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY
How can I prepare for this treatment?
We advise all patients to discontinue taking any NSAID’s such as aspirin or ibuprofen around one week before your appointment, if possible.
Are any tests required prior to my treatment?
Yes, our team will examine a sample of blood in order to ensure bio-identical hormone replacement therapy may be right for you.
What can I expect during my appointment?
Patients will be brought into an examination room where the designated insertion area will be numbed. A very small incision is created where the pellet is administered. A small bandage will cover the treatment site for optimal protection.
What happens to the bio-identical hormone pellets?
The BioTE hormone pellets are comprised of only the essential hormones that are naturally created within the body. Over time, the pellet will dissolve and will not leave anything behind in its place.
What can I expect during the following week after my appointment?
Our specialists recommend avoiding lower body exercise, excluding walking, as well as hot tubs, bathtubs, and swimming (you will still be able to use the shower). Once the bandage is removed, you may continue your normal activities.
How often should I receive bio-identical hormone replacement therapy?
Since everyone’s body chemistry is distinctive, your treatment plan will be customized to best address the symptoms you are experiencing.
DIVA LASER VAGINAL THERAPY
What can I expect prior to my treatment?
Your specialist will review with you your gynecological history and obtain your consent to proceed. If you believe you are pregnant, a pregnancy test may be taken prior to your treatment as women who are childbearing may not be candidates for diVa laser vaginal therapy. We advise patients to empty their bladder prior to their treatment.
Does this treatment use an anesthetic?
Yes, a local anesthetic can be applied to the treatment area to improve your comfort during this experience.
How will I know if I’m a candidate?
Women who are pregnant or lactating should seek alternative treatment options. Additionally, women who are experiencing a bacterial or viral infection, vascular disease, bleeding disorder, urinary tract infections, or severe vaginal atrophy may not be candidates for this treatment. Our team can help you determine if diVa laser vaginal therapy may be right for you after an evaluation of your GYN and medical history.
What post-care steps will I need to take following my treatment?
Our specialists will provide proper aftercare instructions to make the most of your vaginal rejuvenation experience. All patients may resume their activities as normal, however, we advise avoiding vaginal penetration (intercourse, using tampons, or douching) for at least 48 hours after your appointment.
QUENCH WELLNESS CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
We get it, things happen and the occasional need to cancel an appointment occurs.
Please notify us of any cancellation at least 24 business hours in advance. A 50% service fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
Full cost of your service is charged for appointments missed without notice. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking.
You will be billed a $25 reservation fee that will go towards the total of your service. Your only billed amount will be this $25 fee unless:
-You choose to pre-pay for your service in its entirety.
-There is a cancellation of less than 24 business hours (50% of service fee
will be charged).
-There is a no show (100% of service cost will be charged to your card).
